Dramatic Ritual

Leaping Laughter performs a celebration of Liber 15, The Gnostic Mass every Saturday evening with some exceptions. Please check our calendar page to verify our exact schedule.  Please plan on arriving a few minutes early.

The Gnostic Mass was written by Aleister Crowley in 1913 e.v. and is the central ritual of the O.T.O., public and private. If this is your first time visiting the Lodge, you may want to contact us and arrange to have someone meet you in the coffee shop. Feel free to drop us a line if you have any questions or need directions.

After mass, all are welcome to stay and visit or ask questions. This is a good time to get to know the people in our local body and get a sense for the work that we do.

All are welcome to attend this weekly event. We recommend you read the script prior to attending. Reading the script will give you an idea of what to expect during the experience. Our Deacon will go over the actions and words of the congregation before the Mass begins. It is important to note that those who attend are expected to take communion, which consists of a small cake and small goblet of wine. For those who would prefer not to drink alcohol, juice or water will provided upon request.
More information about the mass can be found here.
